Booking conditions


ACCOMMODATION | CHECK IN / CHECK OUT | PAYMENT | CANCELLATION

1. Important

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation and experiences made available by The Florance. 

1.2 By making a booking for accommodation, guests warrant they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them, subject to such changes as are notified to them. If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.

2. Accommodation

2.1 All accommodation is subject to availability.

2.2 The Florance will endeavour to provide accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings.

2.3 Maximum occupancy per room is two people.

2.4 Rates advertised online are per room, per night based on two-person occupancy.

2.5 We have a revised COVID safe breakfast available at the current time.

2.6 We welcome guests over the age of 12.

2.7 Pets are not permitted.

 

3. Check in / Check Out

3.1 Standard check in time is 2:00pm. Guests wishing to arrive before this time will need to discuss this with our in-house team directly, prior to arrival.

3.2 An early check-in is subject to availability. If you wish to guarantee your ability to check-in prior to 2:00pm, you must book an additional nights stay and pay the applicable rate for that additional night.

3.3  Check out time is 10:00am. Guests wishing to request a late check-out, will need to discuss this with our in-house team directly.

3.4 A late check-out is subject to availability. If you wish to guarantee a late check-out, you must book an additional nights stay and pay the applicable rate for that additional night.

3.5 Luggage storage is available. Guest will need to arrange prior to arrival/departure.

4. Payment

4.1 All bookings require a valid credit card to confirm booking.

4.2. Payments will be processed within 14 days of guest's stay. Failure to successfully process booking due to insufficient funds or incorrect card details may result in your booking being void.

4.3 If a booking confirmation email is not received, the booking is not confirmed.

4.4 It is the guest's responsibility to review the booking confirmation email and promptly advise The Florance if there are any errors or amendments that need to be made.

5. Cancellations

5.1 For standard bookings, if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

5.1.1 Prior to 7 days of your arrival date, all monies will be returned.
